Hydrocolloid absorbs fluid from a surfacing pimple and seals it off from picky fingers, so a spot that has come to a head looks flatter and calmer after a night under a patch. These are plain hydrocolloid with no added actives. No polysorbates, no tea tree oil, no benzoyl peroxide, and no salicylic acid, all of which can be more irritating than necessary for a spot you're just trying to leave alone.

• 12 large patches for bigger pimples and clusters
• 15 ultra-thin invisible edge patches for daytime wear, and makeup can go right on top

Best on spots that have come to a head

Hydrocolloid works best on pimples that have surfaced. Deep, under-the-skin bumps need more time, and a patch won't pull those out. Apply to bare skin, wear for 8 to 12 hours or until the patch turns white, and replace with a new one if needed.
