Shipping policy

Shipping and Fulfillment: We aim to fulfill all orders on the same day or the next business day after the order is placed (weekends excluded). We ship all orders from our location in South Florida. The closer the shipping address to Florida, the sooner your order is expected to arrive. Shipping time can vary 2-10 business days in the contiguous U.S. While rare, shipping delays and lost packages do occur. Our carriers require a 20-day waiting period before filing lost package claims.

Shipping insurance: Once your package leaves our shop, it may encounter various challenges, such as carrier mis-deliveries, porch pirates, and damages. We pay for shipping insurance coverage (typically up to $100) to protect items against these risks, which are beyond the control of both you and our company. If you encounter issues with your delivery, please contact us so we may assist you the best we can. Please note our carriers require a 20-day waiting period before filing lost package claims.
