What is Ivy & Fields?

Ivy & Fields is a clean living marketplace focused on connecting naturally-minded consumers with clean products. You can learn more about our ethos here.

Unlike dropshippers and Amazon third parties, when you shop from Ivy, all products ship from a central warehouse in South Florida. We are highly connected to brands owners and only purchase authentic products directly from the brand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! Shipping is free within the contiguous United States when you meet the minimum spend—no membership fee required. We never upcharge handling or packing fees, and any shipping costs you see at checkout are calculated by the carrier, without any markup.

Please note that our Crunchy merch ships from a partner supplier and has separate shipping fees.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders ship same or next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Products ship from South Florida. Generally, the closer you are located to South Florida, the faster your order will arrive.

Are purchases final sale?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee it has not been opened or tampered with, which could compromise hygiene and safety standards. If you are dissatisfied with your order or if you order arrived damaged, please contact us. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.

What is "My Monthly Delivery"?

"My Monthly Delivery" is a convenient subscription service that helps you save on the essentials you already buy regularly.

Start by subscribing to at least one product. Once subscribed, you can customize your box each month to fit your needs. You can easily add or remove items, skip a month, or adjust the delivery schedule to every 2, 3 or 4 months—whatever works best for you. If you don’t need a product this month, like laundry detergent, simply remove it and add it back later.

You'll receive reminders 1 week and 1 day before your box is finalized, giving you time to make any changes.

Then, relax and enjoy the savings on your everyday essentials!

How can I access my subscription?

You can access your subscription at any time by either logging in to your account (click on the person icon) OR clicking on the magic link from any of your subscription emails.

If you cannot find your subscription email, then click on the account login icon (the person icon in the top right corner of any webpage) and click the link underneath the words "Need help accessing your subscriptions?" Once there, you only need to enter your email address and you will receive an email with a magic link which will allow you to see any subscriptions linked to your email address (without the need to enter a password).

How are your products "tried and tested"?

We're committed to offering products that are both non-toxic and effective. We know how frustrating it can be to waste money on natural products that don't deliver results.

That’s why every product on our site undergoes thorough testing for efficacy. Before a product is added to our shop, we carefully screen multiple options to find the best-performing ones. If Ivy can't test a product herself, she relies on trusted friends, family members, and even customers to help pick the winners!

This is why we don't carry an entire brand's lineup—we only feature the products that are genuinely clean and proven to work.

How can I trust you won't "sell out"?

We are completely independent and have no loyalty to any specific brand. We are self funded, and pay for the inventory ourselves to keep in our warehouse and ship to you.

This means that every product you see in our shop is there because it has been tested and meets our high standards for cleanliness and efficacy.

If a brand changes its formula and no longer aligns with our standards, we will stop carrying that product. It's as simple as that. Our commitment is always to you, our customer, and not to any brand.

Where can I find a product's ingredients?

Ingredients are clearly listed on product pages, typically under the "All The Deets" Details section. We also describe the product's packaging for those who care about sustainable product packaging.

I own a small brand, how can I be a part of this?

We’re passionate about supporting small brands! We believe that decisions made around a dinner table often bring more care and concern than those made in a boardroom. Check out our Seller Garden for ways we might be able to work together. We’re always excited to test new additions to the shop!

How can I learn more about clean living?

You will probably get tired of us saying this, but we're more than just a shop! We're a community!
