Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee it has not been opened or tampered with, which could compromise hygiene and safety standards. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
Shipping Insurance
Most orders are automatically covered for shipping damages, typically up to $100. We automatically add this coverage to your order for peace of mind. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us so we can do our best to assist you. Please be kind. Once a package has left our warehouse, it is in the carrier's hands and while it is mostly out of our control, we are always happy to work with customers and carriers to locate the package and find an equitable resolution.
We cover the cost of packing supplies to ensure your order is safely packaged. We also never upcharge shipping costs—you pay exactly what the carrier estimates, with no hidden fees.
Samples
We understand the frustration of spending money on a new product only to find it doesn’t work for you. This is why some of our products are eligible for sampling for a few dollars, so you can try before committing to a full-size purchase. Please note samples are usually only good for 1-5 uses depending on the product. It is not intended to be a travel size, and is solely for the purpose of experiencing a product's color, scent, or compatibility with your skin.
Visit our Samples product page to learn more. If a product you would like to sample is not listed, it may be because there is no suitable sample container or the price of the product is too low to justify a sample.
Out of Stock
Our team is constantly restocking products in our shop. To ensure you don't miss out on your favorite items, use the "Notify me when back in stock" email alert. Simply enter your email address, and we'll notify you as soon as the product is available again. We closely monitor these alerts to prioritize the products you love most. Using the alerts almost guarantees we will restock your favorites!
