Shipping Insurance
Most orders are automatically covered for shipping damages, typically up to $100. We pay for this coverage to your order for peace of mind. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us so we can do our best to assist you.
Please be kind. Once a package has left our warehouse, it is in the carrier's hands and while it is mostly out of our control, we are always happy to work with customers and carriers to locate the package and find an equitable resolution.
We cover the cost of packing supplies to ensure your order is safely packaged. We also never upcharge shipping costs—you pay exactly what the carrier estimates, with no hidden fees.
Shipping Times
We do our very best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We're proud to say that over 99% of our orders ship out same or next business day.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the distance from our South Florida warehouse. While we can’t control carrier delays, here’s what you can typically expect with economy or ground shipping:
- Florida customers: often receive their orders next day or within 3 business days
- East Coast and Central U.S.: Usually delivered within 4–7 business days
- West Coast: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee it has not been opened or tampered with, which could compromise hygiene and safety standards.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. We are also happy to edit any orders before they have shipped.
Subscription Orders
Our subscription program is designed to offer you convenience and savings—and to help us, as a small business, plan ahead more effectively (savings which we pass on to you!). Subscriptions allow us to better forecast inventory, manage costs, and ensure your favorite products are always in stock.
Customers receive at least two reminder emails before each subscription delivery, giving you plenty of time to edit, skip, or cancel an upcoming order. Once your subscription has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as we’ve already committed resources to fulfilling your order (and at a discount).
We kindly ask that you do not use subscriptions to stack discounts and then cancel immediately, which defeats the purpose of the program. We’re grateful for your support and trust.
