Shea Olein and Olive Squalane are whipped and whipped to create this silky delicate natural face and eye cream. One of the first areas to show signs of aging is the thin skin surrounding the eyes. This delicate skin, with fewer sebaceous (oil) glands than skin elsewhere on your face, needs special moisturizing. Human skin naturally produces lubricating squalene, but production decreases as we age.

Shea Olein is rich in linoleic acid, a monounsaturated omega-6 fatty acid that provides moisturizing and emollient properties.

This moisturizer offers a wide range of benefits for skin health and appearance. It penetrates quickly and is believed to have exceptional nourishing properties, which may help with aging or irritated skin. This Shea Olein is true liquid shea butter, not a solvent-extracted shea oil.

Olive Squalane, a light, skin-friendly oil, works to moisturize and keep skin soft, smooth, and flexible. The emollient and hydration properties of squalane oil and its compatibility with our natural skin oils, make it an excellent skin protector. Squalane is often used in skincare products to ease eczema, help with damaged hair, and provide anti-aging and wrinkle protection. Squalane is an excellent under eye moisturizer for maturing skin.

Wash your face: Always wash your face before using a facial cream. When you clean your face you wash away makeup, sweat, dirt, debris, and dead skin cells that may have accumulated during the day or even while you were sleeping. This will allow the cream to better absorb into the skin.
After your gentle warm wash, gently pat your skin rather than rubbing it dry with a towel. Patting your face dry is gentler and better for delicate facial skin.
Apply to damp skin: Always apply face cream to warm and damp (not wet) skin. Creams are better able to lock in moisture when applied after a warm wash to moist skin.
Use a small amount: This rich cream is very concentrated. A little goes a very long way. Using more does not mean greater benefits. Your face should be able to absorb the cream and not feel sticky. Also too much cream require more rubbing time on delicate facial skin.
Dab it on: Instead of taking a finger full and spreading the cream all over your face, apply small spots and then smooth it out using small, concentric circles. This gentle massaging action also helps stimulate circulation.

For use as an Eye Cream: Place a few dabs around the eye and allow it to melt a bit. Using very gentle pressure massage into the skin. Never tug or pull this delicate skin! For best results apply to the eye area every morning and evening.*

For use as a Face Cream: Apply small dots all over your face. This way you will be able to apply the cream evenly on every part of your face. Gently massage up and out to give your face a lift. Now give your skin a few minutes to absorb the facial moisturizer and work its magic.

These whipped butters are a preservative-free product (no water, so not neccessary). However, always use clean, dry hands to remove butter from the jar to prevent any contamination. Try a bamboo spoon to scoop out our natural butters.

Pro Tip 1: Some experts believe when applying cream beneath your eyes, you should use your ring finger. The explanation is that since your ring fingers are the weakest fingers of your hands, they will provide a more gentle massage and less irritation to the sensitive skin under the eye.

Pro Tip 2: Do you like a powdered blush but it does last long? After moisturizing your clean face with a bit of squalane, apply your blush as usual. Add a tiny, tiny dot of whipped squalane on each cheek bone. Then use your fingers to blend the blush across your cheeks. You will use less blush, it blends better, and stays on longer.
