"My Monthly Delivery" is a convenient subscription service that helps you save on the essentials you already buy regularly.

Start by subscribing to at least one product. Once subscribed, you can customize your box each month to fit your needs. You can easily add or remove items, skip a month, or adjust the delivery schedule to every 2, 3 or 4 months—whatever works best for you. If you don’t need a product this month, like laundry detergent, simply remove it and add it back later.

You'll receive reminders 1 week and 1 day before your box is finalized, giving you time to make any changes. Then, relax and enjoy the savings on your everyday essentials!

That’s why every product on our site undergoes thorough testing for efficacy. Before a product is added to our shop, we carefully screen multiple options to find the best-performing ones. If Ivy can't test a product herself, she relies on trusted friends, family members, and even customers to help pick the winners!

To put it into perspective, each time we introduce a new product category to our shop, we look at anywhere between 10-25 options. We screen the ingredients, ask questions, read customer reviews and narrow it down to 2-5 finalists. From there, we put it to the test, and only the winners get added to our shop.

This is why we don't carry an entire brand's lineup—we only feature the products that are genuinely clean and proven to work.

At Crunchy & Co., we are completely independent and have no loyalty to any specific brand. Unlike affiliates, we don’t get paid by brands; in fact, it’s the other way around—we pay for the inventory ourselves to keep in our warehouse and ship to you.

This means that every product you see in our shop is there because it has been tested and meets our high standards for cleanliness and efficacy.

If a brand changes its formula and no longer aligns with our standards, we will stop carrying that product. It's as simple as that. Our commitment is always to you, our customer, and not to any brand.

At Crunchy & Co., we make sampling easy and accessible. We understand the frustration of spending money on a new product only to find it doesn’t work for you. Most of our products are eligible for sampling for a few dollars, so you can try before committing to a full-size purchase.

Sample sizes are not the same as travel sizes. The purpose of a sample is to help you:

• Experience the taste or texture of a product.
• Test the color.
• Decide between different scents.
• Predict how it might perform for you.

If you don't see a product you would like to sample listed here, please contact us. Sometimes samples are not possible because no suitable sample container exists or the price of the full size product is too low, making paying for a sample financially unreasonable.

We process orders the same day or next day. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. All orders ship from our warehouse in South Florida. Customers in Florida and nearby states typically receive their orders within 2-3 business days with economy shipping. But it can take up to 10 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier.

Absolutely! Spend $110 or more and enjoy free shipping within the contiguous United States—no membership fee required. We never charge handling or packing fees, and any shipping costs you see are paid directly to the carrier, without any markup. Please note that Crunchy merch ships from a partner supplier and has separate shipping fees.
