Shake well before use. Apply a light mist of FemBiotics™ directly to the desired area. Do not wipe off or remove. Apply the Topical Natural Probiotic Skin Care 1-2 times daily for best results. May be prolonged as needed, especially in trying to combat stubborn cases of bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast, or other skin conditions/irritations.

Vaginal Care: To maintain pH balance and overall vaginal freshness use FemBiotics™ a few times a week, preferably before/ after intimacy, after periods and tampon use, during menopause, pregnancy, and antibiotic use.

Note: Separation occurs naturally. Probiotics settle to the bottom. Probiotics vary from white to light brown from one batch to another. Adding water or anything to this product will activate the probiotic shortening its life span to about one week. DO NOT DILUTE IN BOTTLE. No refrigeration needed. Safe for internal and external use.
